Abyss Quest
This is a type of quest that is Not listed in the Quest shop until later on.In order to find it,you have to look for certain keywords at the Community Forum.

Important! Please keep in mind,to wait for these keywords to show up.Just keep checking the forum often.
The first keyword:

[Delta]Choosing Superior Offerings

Just enter the dungeon all the way to the back,you will encounter an NPC there,and the quest begins.

Afterwards,you will receive an e-mail from CCCorp. about the Abyss Quest being available at the Quest shop now.
Select the quest:
"Lord of the Dead" and you will be given a keyword to the area. The area level for this area is at 47,so be at the recommended level to take on Lord Cernunnos.After you have defeated him,you will win the Black Armor. Which is a level 48 armor.

After you visit the dungeon,you will receive an e-mail from CCorp. letting you know the quest is available in Dol Dona.Select the quest,"Invasion of the Super Beings",the level for this dungeon is at 87.After you have defeated the One Sin,return to the Quest Shop to complete the quest.Right after that is done,you will receive another e-mail from CCCorp.,letting you know about another quest...this time it's the "Return of the One Sin",but you will be given keywords this time.Go to the area of those keywords and take on the God Eater,recommended level would be in the high 90s or max level.Remember to use any of your support spells or items,especially with defense,his big cannon attack does some heavy damage.After you have defeated him,you will receive the armor,Rainbow Scale.

After seeing the event at that dungeon,you will get an e-mail,letting you know the Forest of Pain is now open,there Cernunnos is deep within this dungeon.The required level for this place,is 135 and as stated in the e-mail,you will not be able to get items from your storage,so be prepared once you go in there,and have your best party members around that level.

Forest of Pain
This dungeon is 100 floors deep,so be prepared with items and carry around a lot of recovering status effect items and armor items to help you out.If you have the World Mirror item equipped,you should be fine.You can rotate your party members through out the dungeon at the Chaos Gate right after each boss fight.Along the way inside of Forest of Pain,you will re-encounter the same bosses from the Abyss Quest in the previous volumes,however,you will not receive any items from those Abyss bosses.On each floors,you are given a Phase Bonus challenges,from floors 1 to 50 are nothing but healing items,but pay attention to the items after floor 51.If you are interested in completing the Ryu Books,try to complete all the requirements,and on floor 50,Tabby is there.

Phase Bonus for blocks 1 to 4:
1.Perform a 25 hit combo.

Phase Bonus blocks 6 to 9:
1.Perform 10 skill triggers.

Phase Bonus blocks 11 to 14:
1.Destroy 10 objects

Phase Bonus blocks 16 to 19:
1.Perform a 40 hit combo

Phase Bonus blocks 21 to 24:
1.perform 12 skill triggers

Phase Bonus blocks 26 to 29:
1.Open 5 treasures or trap boxes

Phase Bonus blocks 31 to 34:
1.Perform a 65 hit combo

Phase Bonus blocks 36 to 39:
1.Perform 15 skill triggers

Phase Bonus blocks 41 to 44:
1.Destroy 15 objects

Phase Bonus blocks 46 to 49:
1.Perform a 80 hit combo

Phase Bonus blocks 51 to 54:
1.Perform 18 Skill Triggers
2.Defeat 6 enemy parties
3.Clear while being KO'd 3 time(s) or less.*
4.Perform Awakening 4 times.

* Dont worry about this too much if you have a strong party where you hardly die at all in this dungeon,you get the item reward anyway just without being KO'ed at all.

Arriving at the last floor,True Cernunnos makes his appearance,this battle really isnt too hard.But make sure your party either has a World Mirror equipped or something to nullify the Curse effect.Keep using Avatar Awakening,if you have been doing the Phase Bonuses in the dungeon,it Should be at a high level where it can do some decent damage,Drain Arc is acceptable but so is Drain Heart too.Afterwards you are given the item,Guide to Divinity.And Haseo is taken to the room he has been to,way back in .hack//Roots.
