Shino was considered second in command of a guild called,the Twilight Brigade.She first met Ovan through Phyllo,and since then has been interested in the Key of the Twilight,told by Ovan.
In one of the trailers in a flash back scene,she says "That she has lost her love for this world".Who is this,"she" she is referring to? According to Roots,she was referring to Aura.Shino meant that Aura has lost her love for this world,and this could be why she is no longer here in The World.

Later on,she meets Haseo around the time he first starts playing The World.It was through Ovan,that he saw something unique in Haseo,so Shino wanted to find out for herself.At first Haseo wasnt really comfortable with her,but he started to feel really close to Shino,to the point he would do anything for her,and be by her side.Once the tragedy of being attack by Tri-Edge,Haseo saw Shino vanish before his eyes,this made him realize that this was not just some game anymore.From that point on,he was determined to bring her back.

He was once the leader of the group called Twilight Brigade,which was only of him,Haseo,Shino,Tabby and Sakisaka. The group was disbanded after Shino was attacked by TriEdge,leaving Haseo in the dark.Of course this upsets Haseo,allowing him to be by himself and search for the killer.Ovan arranges a meeting with Haseo,achknowleding the fact Haseo has gotten strong these past few months,even a title for him,"The Terror of Death".He knows something about TriEdge,but only leaves Haseo once more in the dark without the right answers Haseo is looking for.
