Welcome to "The World"
Opening starts off as Haseo's body is falling after being attacked by Player Killers and left to rot by them.Later on,we see Haseo walking out with another player.This player seems to be more aware of The World,and warns Haseo about PKers.The player introduces himeslf as Ovan,and says he will meet Haseo again later on.
Ovan summons Shino to the usual spot over a discussion with the guild and the new people they've encountered,which is Haseo and Tabi.Shino believes Tabi is acceptable, and she asks when she will meet Haseo.Ovan says soon,and leaves it as that.

A different guild who is intereted in Ovan,are wondering why he saved the newbie named Haseo.TaN is the name of the guild,they find it unusual,whatever the reason is TaN is going to find out with whatever means is necessary.

Meanwhile,Haseo is in a town leaning on the railing of a bridge,over hearing some players talking,he doesnt really understand what they were talking about it and ignores it.Until a flying cat player approaches him,asking about Ovan and if he wants to chat with him.

Phyllo knows more about the game,and starts to asks questions to Haseo about the game, or if he's even read the manual at all.Which of course,Haseo says he will read it later. The reason Phyllo asks about Ovan to him,is that Ovan was following Haseo before he was PKed,there must be some reason Ovan was following him.Haseo wouldnt know either,but does find it strange.
Haseo goes off to go level,and runs into another player.Once again,she asks what is his relationship with Ovan.Haseo is getting sick and tired of players asking about Ovan, when he really doesnt know that much.The female player,known as Ender,tries to get more info out of him.First she asks,how long he has been playing.Haseo replies,today is his first day.Then she asks what is his motive for playing The World.He answers to her saying,that a friend of his thought The World was fun.Catching that,she realizes that this firend of his must have played the early version of The World.Now she thinks that this friend of his,could be Ovan.But Haseo denies it,soon she realizes he isnt worth PKing anymore,and walks off.

The two female players seen in town earlier approach Haseo as he is seen standing next to a Chaos Gate, he quickly teleports away as they stare at him,they know he overheard them talking about PKing. The players stalk Haseo to a dungeon,and attack him,toying with him as if its a game to them. Just when Haseo was going to get one last beating,Shino steps in and says for them to take the fighting to the arena,the female players leave.Shino encourages Haseo not to quit just now,and that he might be important later on.Haseo doesnt really understand what she means by that,Shino greets him with a formal saying "Welcome to 'The World' ".
