Tragedy
This episode starts off with Haseo and Shino standing at the waterfall area,Haseo talks about that even after their guild disbanded,rumors are still spreading.The rumors dont bother Shino and say they arent interesting.He asks her if Ovan has talked to her yet,she says not even his cell phone will answer.Haseo goes for a bit,and then asks if he would like to know too.Shino doesnt understand what he is asking about,he wants her cell phone number,just incase she disappears.Shino smiles saying she wont,Haseo asks if she is worrying too much.Shino asks if he has something to write on,she will give him her number,even if something happens or if nothing happens,she is ok with having him call her.

Elswhere in town,Sakisaka and Tabby are sitting down,saki asks her what she wants to do.She only says,combo attack.But Saki doesnt sound too thrilled about it.Tabby says it really doesnt feel like they have disbanded,and that it feels like Shino would still be there if they were to return to their guild home.Saki disagrees with her,and thinks that Shino is waiting for Ovan somewhere else.Tabby feels down a bit,and mentions how everyday was fun when they were in the guild.Then Tabby suggests an idea to make an guild too.Saki isnt too sure about it,Tabby asks what they should name it.In another area in town,on the bridge,Haseo is with Phyllo.He asks Haseo if he was alone today,he says that Shino was on earlier but left to go write a report.Phyllo asks if Haseo should be doing that too,he says he isnt in the mood for that.He says his mood shouldnt matter,is what you have to do that you should.Haseo cant calm down because of Ovan,since Shion logged out,he cant log out either.He starts to question what they were looking for,Phyllo states Haseo has asked this before.Haseo remembers,then Phyllo says that in the end,it doesnt exist,the Key of the Twilight is what he meant.Which brings Haseo thinking,would Ovan look for something that doesnt exist?Phyllo asks him what he meant by that.Haseo thinks that Ovan knew it existed,and says it isnt like him to think it doesnt exist at all.

In the secret room where Yata is at,it would also seem that Ovan has escaped from Yata's grasp,and tells Pai to hurry with the analysis on the data so far and to keep looking for him.He also has his eyes on Haseo.Inside another guild home,Tabby is there with a little grunty thats looks like... ...Sakisaka.She brings up that Sakisaka is late.In the streets,Sakisaka is walking until someone greets him.He recognizes the person,this player asks if he still plans to stick around,along with everyone is complaining,and telling them to hurry up and come.Sakisaka understands,the player then says he will go sort out his stuff and then cancel his registration,and says he will be waiting for Sakisaka to be there.Somewhere else in town,Shino and Haseo are walking around,until Shino says to wait for a moment.She walks over to some plants that are on sale,she kneels down to look at them.Haseo asks if she likes them,since the guild had one.Shino brings up that her real home doesnt have the space for plants,so she wanted to have one in game instead,with Ovan's premission too.She also says her home is small along with not much space due to bookshelves everywhere,and lives by herself.There is also a certain plant she has in mind,its called the "Dracaena massangeana" also known as "tree of happiness",she wants to buy one when she moves to a bigger place.Haseo says,in a startling way,that when the time comes,he will get it for her as a present.She pauses for a moment,and then says that Ovan said the same thing.

At the new guild home,Tabby says that Sakisaka is late and looks upset,she wants to know if something happened.He doesnt answer,she then says that its boring even though they've created a guild.He says thats true,Tabby asks if he wants to do something.But Saki just says,he thinks about quitting.Tabby is shocked and wants to know why.Saki says he is just too attached to the Twilight Brigade,and cant enjoy the game anymore.Tabby is sad,Saki then mentions he was invited by his friends in real life.He asks her if she has heard of "Riot Gun".Tabby says no,Saki states he will be playing there.Even though they already made a guild,Saki apologizes and wanted to forget about the Twilight Brigade,but just cant after all.He asks her if she wants to come along,Tabby says that Shino is still here.Saki thought as much,he says good bye to her.Elsewhere,Haseo and Shino stroll onto a familiar place in the town before.It was during the time when he was barely getting to know her,asking who she was to Ovan.Haseo asks if that really happened,she says it did,and that its a lie.Haseo wonders what she meant by that.Shino says that the truth is,she admires Ovan,and then asks Haseo about what he thinks about a person who gives another a place in the world.Shino also believes that she wanted to become a person who can give others a place in the world.Haseo says that she has,she looks back at him mentioning even with the guild destroyed.He answers her by saying,that it was Shino,who gave him a place in the world.All of a sudden,the game starts to shake up for some reason,Haseo wonders what that as about.Shino seems to know what it is,Haseo asks her if she does,she says its nothing.Meanwhile,at yet another guild home,Tabby has decided to make a guild for herself.

Shino is now sitting in town with Phyllo at a different spot,he mentions how it seems a lot of things are coming on hard for her.She says for him to not use the convenient word of "a lot of things".Phyllo says she is right,and Shino brings up he would say it to her when she says it.He then asks if there is any contact with Ovan,she says it feels very soon.Phyllo wonders what she meant by that,Shino believes its just an intuition,Phyllo hopes for that.Shino mentions if something happens to her,she wants him to take care of Haseo.Not sure what she meant by that,he says if she is gone,Haseo will commit suicide.She smiles a bit,asking him what he is talking about.Phyllo is only half joking,while the other half is true.Shino does admit he has helped her a lot,and needs to thank Ovan who has kept him here.Again,she says to Phyllo that in her absence,she wants him to take care of Haseo,and that she's really serious too.Phyllo says this isnt like her,she says maybe.Elsewhere,Haseo is standing at a Chaos Gate when he hears someone from behind him to wait.He turns back to see its Tabby,who says its been a while,in which Haseo agrees.He asks her of what she wants.Tabby makes a frown,and asks if she may have a moment with him.So they move to another location,which is at a bridge in town.It seems she has brought up that Sakisaka has left the game,Haseo says there is nothing she could do,and that she cant stop him if he has already decided to quit.She knows that,Haseo asks what she will do now.Tabby says she will be around for now,see how it goes for a bit,and then maybe quit.Haseo says he wont stop her.She says thats not it,she wants Haseo to stop her.He then asks if she will stay if Shino tries to stop her.Its possible for her,but havent talked to Shino in a while.Haseo mentions she is logged in,Tabby knows that,even if he didnt tell her.He is starting to notice an attitude coming from her,and then says he will leave.Tabby asks where he is going,Haseo answers her by saying,its none of her business.

Haseo is out in the fields,battling against a monster,he wants to become stronger.From behind him,he sees a group of players walking up to him,talking away with each other,he remembers them.They stop to realize there is someone already here,one of them remembers him,while another doesnt.Haseo remembers clearly with the flash back of the first time he got PKed,by one of them.The other player remembers now,and says that Haseo is Ovan's friend,along with being that loser from that time.The other player says she is right,and that losers dont have the right to live in this world.It makes him sick,and they both decide to finish Haseo off.Haseo is smiling while in his battle stance,he says for them to come and get it.Somewhere else,deep inside the game,TriEdge is lurking around.With the touch of his hand against the net frame wires,a few electric sparks are seen,and the bracelet on his arm starts to glow.It seems he was fixing a damaged wall in the net frame.Back in town,Shino is with Tabby.She brings up from what Tabby told her about Sakisaka quitting.Before Tabby could say anything,another disturbance in the game occurs.Tabby asks Shino if she is ok,but Shino is not answering at all,but keeps staring outward.When all of a sudden,she shows a smile along with tears in her eyes.Looking at Tabby,she apologizes and has been called.Shino is going to the cathederal,and says for Tabby to talk with her next time.Tabby is disappointed.Back to Haseo,it seems him and the other players have noticed the weird disturbance.The two players from before continue with their fight,the first female strikes first,but Haseo dodges her attack and then attacks her instead,pushing her back.The male player goes after him,another strike,he misses Haseo.And another,along with another,Haseo is moving with his feet not allowing him to touch him.Angered by this,the male player comes charging at Haseo,when suddenly Haseo steps out of the way,to reveal that the female player was behind Haseo,and ends up attacking her.

At the cathedral,TriEdge is seen heading towards it,where Shino is waiting.Shion is there at the alter,and turns to look,thinking its Ovan,but its not.Back to Haseo,the male player feels bad for attacking his player,Haseo walks by him,and then the player charges at him again.Haseo unleashes a strong wave of an attack at him,the player being injured by that attack asks if he was strong from before,and then collapses.He is then interrupted by a voice,which is Tabby,she is asking him what he is doing,and mentions that Shino went to the cathedral in a hurry.It seems he didnt know about it,but wonders why she is there.He hasnt responded to her,Tabby asks if he is listening.Haseo finally says,he isnt listening,but will go there.Haseo teleports to the cathedral,he runs towards the entrance,the mark of TriEdge is shown,he has made his attack.Opening the door to the cathedral,he witnesses Shino falling to the floor.Haseo stands there,in total shock,Shino's eyes look at him as she is falling,and says his name.Collasped on the floor,Haseo yells her name and runs to her,saying for her to hang in there.He uses the spell,Repth to heal her,but its no use,she isnt coming to.Suddenly,strings of blue rings start to come out of her,it seems her data is becoming erased... He has no clue what is happening,Haseo pauses for a moment.There is a ringing noise,he's trying to contact Shino in the real world.She isnt answering the phone,he begs her to answer it.Foot steps are seen from behind,TriEdge is standing there,looking at the two and then walks away.Shino's hand is grasping onto Haseo's arm,until she finally lets go.Shino is starting to grow faint and is disappearing before his eyes.Sitting there with his hands shaking,Shino is truely gone.Sadden deeply,Haseo shows tears in his eyes,along with an angered expression,he yells out her name one last time.

Back in town,Tabby says that Phyllo and Haseo get along,and wants him to give a message to Haseo.Phyllo doesnt mind,but asks why she doesnt just send him a message herself.She doesnt want to say she will quit when Shino does,to her own rival,which is Haseo.He wants to know what she meant by rival,when Tabby told Haseo Shino was at the cathedral,Haseo went after her,but Tabby couldnt.



In the real world,someone's eyes,most likely Shino's,are awakening,staring at a game controller infront of her,while a phone is ringing.But everything is all blurry and static through her eyes,until finally,her eyes are shut closed.
