At the start of this episod,we see Tabby kneeling infront of the alter at the scene of where Shino was attacked.Two white flowers are there in her place,Tabby says her name,then looks up at the mark of Tri-Edge on the alter.It begins to glow,very similiar to last time when Haseo and them saw it do that,she quickly gets up and runs away.A bit of static falls on the flowers,and they are erased.Tabby visits Phyllo at his usual spot on the bridge,she asks if he is free.Phyllo thought she was going to quit,Tabby didnt quit after hearing Shino's incident.Only reason Tabby is here,is she wants to hear the rumors about the incident,and asks of where Haseo is.Phyllo doesnt answer that.She asks if he said anything,Phyllo tells her to go ask himself,herself.Tabby says she cant,due to being someone like herself,she decides to leave for disturbing Phyllo.But before she leaves,Phyllo says that she is the only one left who can stay by his side,and says to talk to him,its for the best.

At the waterfall area,Haseo is staring at it,he looks really down.Of course,he has Shino on his mind at the moment.Flahsback scenes are shown of Shino from the begining and before the attack.Haseo speaks up saying her name,he wants to know why she isnt logging in,and why she isnt answering her phone.Clenching his fist,he yells out Ovan's name in fustration,while adding on,"What are you doing at a time like this!!? Where the hell are you!?".Elsewhere,Yata is viewing the monitors around him,there is even one with Tabby and Haseo being watched by them.Yata gets a closer look at the one with Haseo on the monitor,he looks seriously out of it from the expression he is showing.For a while,everything seems normal until the words "Error" appears on Haseo's screen.Yata speaks up saying,as he thought,he is here.Pay says she repeated it three times,it returned "analysis impossible" at the same location everytime.He asks,what data that's impossible to analyze.Pai answers him,about if its just random data,then its unnecessary to analyze in the first place.Yata says she is forgetting the presumption.She mentions if this is just some random garbage data,they cant explain how Ovan escaped,she hasnt forgotten.Adding on,she believes the only remaining explanation is that is some logic they have yet to understand.Yata says,it sounds like a saftey lock,she also says that the data is right here,but.. Pai suggests that if they created a town named SF,it would be the SF during the online game era from many years ago.Yata brings up that they are here in this game,The World,to confirm that if something,that they've never seen before,is possessing Ovan's PC Body.Pai adds on that they are confirming its existence,to reveal the connections behind its appearance.In which this will be her next duty,as Yata suggests to her.

Out in the fields,Ovan is seen standing there,he walks to the Chaos Gate,and then leaves.Just before Phyllo arrives there,he is sitting down and the little animal PC that has been seen with Shino a few times walks up to him.Phyllo asks when was the last time she has seen him,he knows its worried about her too.Suddenly,the area becomes dark around him,and the little animal quickly runs off,it senses something is coming.In a flash of lighting,a form appears,and its Tri-Edge.Phyllo glances at the form,Tri-Edge draws his weapons and is getting ready to attack,Phyllo gets up and gets ready to fight back.Tri-Edge rushes after him,Phyllo holds off one of his blades with his staff,and then avoids the other blade again.He keeps moving around dodging his attacks,until he is pinned against a tree,struggling to hold him back.Phyllo's eyes look at Tri-Edge's,he is staring at him in an eerie way,Phyllo has a shocked look on his face.Back at the cathedral,Haseo is there infront of the alter looking down at the floor.Foot steps are heard,and its Tabby,she says she has found him and was looking for him everywhere.Haseo lets out a short sigh,turns then begins to walk in her direction.Tabby thinks he is going to say something to her,but he doesnt,he just continues to walk past her.Looking down a bit,she speaks up about the Sign,and asks if that was made when Shino was killed.He speaks up with the words of,what if it was?She says his name,and asks if he were here.He admits that he was,but there was nothing he could do.Tabbys mentions,if she contacted him earlier,would things be different?Haseo's expression changes a bit after hearing a ringing noise,and says it wouldnt change a thing.He apologizes,and mentions having a call.His character stands there,while he answers the phone IRL,the name "Shino" is heard from him.Tabby quickly turns around, she wants to know what happened to Shino,but before she gets an answer from him,his character logs out.

Tabby goes back to town,going to where Phyllo is on the bridge.Phyllo notices her and asks whats wrong.She says he looks strange as well.Phyllo can tell she met with Haseo,its the reason she is here,she then asks if he is alright.He admits that he really isnt ok.She asks if he doenst mind asking about it,he says he doesnt.Thinking back to earlier,if that was Tri-Edge,there was nothing we can do.Tabby looks at him and asks if she saw him.He onlys nods to her.

Later on,Haseo is in town at the bridge,but doesnt see Phyllo.At the Chaos Gate,Pai appears and then suddenly,the person she was talking to from before,Saburou,warps in behind her,smiling.She quickly turns and says to hold it,and asks what he was thinking.They are in another place,a back alley is seems.She continues about being in this place,that it would be meaningless after going through the dungeon to meet up.He figures that since they arent in the secret service anymore,there is no need to sneak around like before.She asks what he wants,and he says the name,Tri-Edge.Pai pauses for a moment,he thinks Tri-Edge is related.She thinks maybe or maybe not,along with being worried about the recent rumors on the BBS,and cant say anything about their current situation.He asks another question,about a new event that was opened recently.She answers him saying,which would be the event of restrictive time period,and thinks its called the Pain Forest.Thats the event he meant,and asks if she has their hands on it.She asks him,"who do you think I am?" She doesnt have the power to intervene with an event that's administered by the CC Corp.Saburou mentions an old man living next door to a girl who dreams to become a singer,may very well be a famous composer.Pai doesnt understand his metaphor,in which he figured.He will continue to make use of this body,and thanks her.

Haseo is looking down as before,spacing out while Phyllo is there next to him,Haseo didnt know he came back.He looks at him and asks where he went.Phyllo says he isnt a NPC and has a life too,and thats it normal for him to be not here.He then asks what happened to him,and that its not the time to be falling asleep.Haseo doesnt say much,and turns to walk away,saying,maybe next time.Suddenly he stops,and mentions the rumor on the BBS.Phyllo doesnt know which rumor he is referring to.Haseo asks if he's seen it,but Phyllo is the one asking him,which rumor is it.Haseo quotes what the rumor is "PCs that were killed by Tri-Edge are lost.The players in reality are unconscious.They become the unreturners."Phyllo asks about Shino,Haseo quickly snaps and says he wasnt talking about Shino,then he asks what Phyllo thinks.He suggests they go somewhere else.Phyllo and Haseo go to the field,the exact place where Tri-Edge attacked him.Haseo asks what this place is,Phyllo says this is the place where he met Tri-Edge.Shocked about that,he asks Phyllo if he beat him.His answer is,no.Haseo brings up,that they say if you meet him,you can never return safely.Phyllo agrees with that,but Haseo doesnt get it.Phyllo says to him,that Tri-Edge,didnt consider him as an enemy.A flashback scene is shown with Phyllo being pinned against the tree with Tri-Edge,his single eye is reacting strangely,and then,what it seems like he wanted to finish Phyllo off,he doesnt.Instead he just steps away,checks his surrounding and walks away,teleporting away just as he arrived,in a flash of lightning.Phyllo slides to the ground,getting a grip of what just happened to him,and probably having the feeling of terror,or nearly being killed in his mind,ending the flash back.

Phyllo doesnt know why Tri-Edge let him go.Haseo wonders if that can really happen.He says to Haseo,that he is talking to him,because it did happen,but Haseo wants to know,why did Shino get attacked instead?Phyllo asks Haseo about Shino,he says the Shino in reality,is unconscious,and lying in a hospital bed.Phyllo's face is shocked after hearing that,Haseo continues on that she wasnt killed by any conventional method.He says he phoned her right away,after that,Shino's mom called him back.Phyllo adds that Shino's mom found his number from the call history.Haseo mentions that Shino lived by herself,her friends thought something was wrong,and contacted her home,causing a big disturbance.She was by herself in her room,until the landlord opened the door for the ambulance crew,all this because her friends called.Phyllo asks what her mom said,Haseo quotes what her mom said "Why is this happening?Do you know something?" Haseo didnt even know what to tell her at all,Phyllo understands and places his hand on his shoulder,and realizes that its been very tough on him.He says that she is right,and if he went to the cathedral earlier... Phyllo interrupts him saying,it would still be the same,it might have been another victim.If it was Tri-Edge,Haseo wouldnt stand a chance.Haseo understands what Phyllo meant,he then changes the subject,asking about this place,and if its some kind of special field.Phyllo says its just a normal field,as he can plainly see.Haseo mentions if its the lost ground,that he can understand,but wants to know why Tri-Edge came here,and then asks why Phyllo was here.He says it was just by coincidence.Haseo states that Phyllo never believed in chance nor luck,but came here by coincidence,he looks at him,asking if that would convince him of what he just said.Phyllo finally spills the truth as to why he was here,he says this is the first place Shino and Ovan met,Haseo has a very shocked expression after hearing that.After that,he says nothing but then takes off running.

Haseo is now at the cathedral,looking very pissed,and attacking the chains on the alter with his weapons,mainly his hatred for Ovan.He pauses thinking about Ovan saying for him to become stronger,and then continues attacking the alter even more having the chain finally fall off.He then falls off to the side,laying there for a brief moment,and then continues to go crazy attacking the chain even more,crying,yelling in fustration as he takes it out on the chain.
